Move In & Move Out Cleaning
This service is best for you if you're looking for a whole house cleaning, which includes everything! Full kitchen including fridge, oven, cabinets. Full bathroom/s toilet, sink, counters, shower/tub. Deep dusting including cobwebs, baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, blinds, door frames, all floors/rugs vacuumed and steam mopped.

Airbnb/VRBO/Homeaway Turnovers
Our turnover services include:
•sanitizing and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces.
•remaking all beds at a hotel level as well as restocking fresh towels.
•restocking basic amenities, toiletries and paper products;
-coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, bottled water (sparkling & still)
-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, make up remover wipes, dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex
•laundering all linens and towels offsite at a laundromat on the sanitation cycle.
upon completion of each turnover, a comprehensive cleaning report is provided informing the client of the condition the unit was left, including photo documentation of items in the home that were broken, or otherwise damaged, in the event a claim needs to be filed with airbnb customer service.
each guest will be welcomed with a welcome card and a local treat (moonstruck chocolates currently in rotation). As well as a small snack basket that includes various savory and sweet snacks.
This is our standard procedure. However, it is customizable.
All airbnb turn over services start at $105 flat rate per cleaning, rates increase based on home size, number of beds and bathrooms, as well as extra services needed.
In some units we also provide linens and towels, ask us for more information!
Seasonal Deep Cleaning
This service is best for you if you're looking for a deeper cleaning of surfaces as well as some deep scrubbing and deep dusting.

Post Construction
This service includes
cleaning of all walls, dusting ceilings and ceiling fans, cleaning trim, baseboards, window frames, and doors, vacuuming carpet, cleaning and polishing hard floors, wiping down all windows, clearing all light fixtures and bulbs, removing and disposing of all garbage and debris.
